Location: Dardilly, in the Rhône departement of France (Rhone-Alpes Region).
Built: 16th century.
Condition: In good condition.
Ownership / Access: Owned by the municipality.
Notes: Manoir de Parsonge is an old fortress, located north east of the town of Ecully, in the city of Lyon. The mansion itself, the barn, the old kitchen workers, delivery and laundry are the subject of a registration as a historic monument since 19 November 1991. The main building comprises, on the ground floor, a row of arches support two floors of galleries adorned with columns cubic capitals. It is flanked by a square tower staircase. Above the main portal is a crest and the inscription "A Parsonge". The first floor contains a chapel, now disused. The set and completed by farm buildings and a fountain near which was engraved the image of the Villars family which is still segregates the lion.
