Notes: hâteau de Roussillon is a pleasure palace, rebuilt in 1552 in Renaissance style, which stands in the municipality of Roussillon in the Isère department in Auvergne region Rhône-Alpes. This building is the only Renaissance castle of the department. Since 1872, and after many renovations, the castle houses the Town City Hall. More recently, the Roussillon Tourism Board has also made room on the ground floor in the west wing of this building. Nowadays the whole castle can be visited. It is thus possible to discover the cardinal's apartments on the second floor of the new castle.
The facades and roofs, the west wing in full, all the interiors of the second floor and the stairs perforated core wall of the central body are the subject of a classification as a historic monument by decree of November 14, 1997 . the ground floor and first floor, with the exception of classified parts are subject to a partial registration as a historic monument by order of 14 November 1997.
