Notes: Château de Rochetaillée-sur-Saône is an ancient castle, the twelfth century, rebuilt in the nineteenth century, which stands in the municipality of Rochetaillée-sur-Saône in the Metropolis of Lyon region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The castle houses the Museum of Henri-Malartre automobile. From medieval times, there remain only the Romanesque door into the round tower and the chapel.
The octagonal tower of the spiral staircase and fireplaces and French ceilings on the ground floor date from the fifteenth century; it is also at this time that the defense system is strengthened. The chapel was built in the eighteenth century.
