Notes: The castle of Mareste is a pleasure castle of the first half of the seventeenth century which stands on the town of Chavannes-sur-Reyssouze in the department of Ain in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
The castle is partially registered as a historic monument by decree of September 26, 19691. Only the facades and roofs of all the buildings are inscribed.
