Notes: Château de La Tour is located south of the town of Saint-Genis-Laval in the Metropolis of Lyon.The rectangular building is flanked by a round tower at the north west corner and the other three corners of square pavilions topped with a hipped slate roof. It is accessed by a monumental staircase.
Inside, we find courtrooms and prisons appointed to the Revolution.
The porch been a registration as a historic monument since 1926.The castle is privately owned and not open to visitors.
