1498: reconstruction of the castle by the Bishop of Beauvais Louis de Villiers following the damage inflicted by the Hundred Years War
1555 Odet de Coligny who embellished the castle and gardens welcomes King Henry II and his residence in the Court of Bresles (Bresle-les-Beauvais) 1. Cardinal remains there with his wife Isabelle de Hauteville, before fleeing the civil war by taking refuge in England in 1568.
1699-1708: reconstruction by the Forbin Janson Toussaint Cardinal
It was partially registered historic monument June 25, 1986.
