Notes: Château de la Montchevalleraie is situated on the town of Anjou Aviré 4 km from the city of Segré (Maine-et-Loire). It was built up from 1780. According to the general inventory of cultural heritage, the castle of La Montchevalleraie is built in shale and rubble on a regular plan in U. On its southern facade complex skylight presents the characteristics of a Palladian window pediment inscribed in a semicircular. The park and the gardens extend over more than 6 hectares. They are listed by the General Council of Maine et Loire under valuation of the parks and gardens of Anjou Study Committee and Parks and Gardens in France. The castle has been awarded the Historical Heritage VMF (French old houses) in 2013.
