Notes: Palais Rihour is a building place Rihour in Lille, in the French department of the North. This is all that remains of a palace built in the fifteenth century by the Dukes of Burgundy Valois-lords and masters of the Burgundian state. The building's guards room houses the tourist office in town. It is a historical monument in 1875.
