Notes: The Tower of Sagnes is located in the district of the Fort, in the town of Cardaillac, in the department of Lot.The tower is 21.5 meters high. Its plan is a square of 8 meters of side. The walls are 2 meters thick at the base. The access was via a broken arch door located 4.5 meters above the ground on a ladder.
The vaulted room on the first floor is illuminated by a semicircular window. A screw included in the wall allows access to the upper room. Latrines still exist on the west side of the tower.
A second staircase with screws makes it possible to climb to a level disappeared and brought back today a simple platform.
