Notes: Château de Latour is a castle, located in the municipality of Marnhagues-et-Latour in the department of Aveyron. The castle is situated on a rocky promontory overlooking the Sorgue. Since 1991, the castle belongs to the municipality of Marnhagues-et-Latour. Demonstrations and tours are organized by the Association of Friends of the Castle of Latour, who undertook the restoration of the castle. The building consists in the east and south of two buildings arranged in L whose ends are connected by a registered party in a circular arc. It includes dungeon, ramparts, watch towers polygonal arcade mullioned windows. Inside, we find among others a painted ceiling of the sixteenth century and the reconstruction of a nun cell. Some rooms have been converted into lodging. It is open to visitors.
