Notes: Château de Brie is a castle located in Champagnac-la-Rivière, France. Brie, who were soldiers, have arrived in the Dordogne in 1250 under the name Boschaud, later becoming "Boschaud Brie", the name probably from the Roman colonization of the Limousin, where land was divided among the soldiers.
