Notes: Château d'Étampes was a royal castle located in the French town of Etampes, in the country of Beauce, today the department of Essonne and the Ile-de-France region. Remains today as the dungeon called for Guinette Tower. Tower Guinette the subject of a classification as historical monuments by the 1862 list.
