Philip Berruyer is well qualified to seigneur of the Court Berruyer in 1170. At defensive role, a castle was built in the twelfth century. It was acquired by the family in Gradis 1931.The monument is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since June 3, 1932 and a ranking since July 13, 1942.
