Notes: Château de Rustéphan is a former mansion of the fifteenth and sixteenth century in ruins, located in the old town Nizon, near Pont-Aven in Brittany. It was built around 1480 by Jean du Fou, chamberlain of King Louis XI of France cupbearer. The mansion, already in ruins, classified national property in 1794, was sold in 1798-2 peasants of the hamlet, and served as a quarry to build the nearby farms until the late nineteenth century. The mansion was enrolled at a historic monument by decree of May 10, 1926 Access to the building is closed to the public due to the risk of landslides.
