It is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since May 6, 1988 and from 23 December 1992. This is to support the restoration of the gardens and the conservation of the site that tourism has emerged. Today the area is home to a 5-star Castel camping, lodges, golf course, restaurant, function rooms, rental of offices, and the park is open to visitors.
Golf Lanniron is a nine-hole course of 1388 meters approved by the French Golf Federation and member of Golfy network. Golf is also equipped with a practice area with driving range, putting green and bunkers. A golf school is also with courses taught by professional Bertrand Coathalem and golf champion.
The restaurant has particularly welcomed the opening of the artist Yann Queffélec on the occasion of the publication of his work with the poet Henry Le Bal, "The Naked Island".

Each year, the park is also open in the framework of the campaign Neurodon, the Rendez-vous in the Gardens and the European Heritage Days.
