Notes: Château de Rosières is a fortified manor (or strong house) located in the municipality of Saint-Seine-sur-Vingeanne (three kilometers of the place), Côte-d'Or, near the Vingeanne (river) and the departmental D38. It is located on the borders of Burgundy and Franche-Comté.
The castle is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since June 3, 1927 of a ranking since January 28, 1930.
