Notes: Château de Dracy-Saint-Loup is located in the municipality of Dracy-Saint-Loup in Saône-et-Loire, in the plain between the Arroux and Drée. The two major segments of the construction, started in 1619 and 1622, were led by the architect Mercier. It remains a very dilapidated pavilion, the two buildings that prolonged the pavilions and the portal. The body of central building and another pavilion disappeared. Ditches, forming the corners of the kinds of bastions surrounded the whole, and the courtyard was enclosed by a wall. A stone bridge gives access to the portal. The castle is privately owned and not open to visitors.
