Location: Viré, in the Saône-et-Loire departement of France (Bourgogne Region).
Built: 16th century.
Condition: Ruined.
Ownership / Access: Private property, Not open to public.
Notes: Château de Châtillon is located in the town of Vire in Saône-et-Loire, in slope flank. The castle is a rectangular building flanked by a square tower and a circular turret slightly higher than him and, on the façade overlooking the courtyard that separates the common, a polygonal turret staircase.
