Notes: Château de Brochon is a neo renaissance castle of the nineteenth century in Brochon, Cote d'Or in Burgundy. It was built by the man of letters and Stephen Liégeard houses since 1962 Stephen-Liégeard school. In the lobby, at the base of the grand staircase, carved life-size lion in the round is probably an allusion to the image Liégeard Stephen wanted to give of himself. Indeed, this pattern appears many times on the carved decoration of facades. The hall also houses a statue of young nymph by Paul Gasq, the source of the alarm clock. Designed by the renowned Eugene Bühler, this English park with various species also contained an alpine garden, a rose garden (with 800 varieties), with a rockery grotto, pools, greenhouses and accreditation statues. The construction of some buildings of the school has changed somewhat this arrangement.
