Notes: Château de Vendeuvre is located in the municipality of Vendeuvre, between Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives and Falaise in Normandy. It is open to the public since 1983 and houses the museum of miniature furniture, first in the world collection of miniature furniture, a collection of dog houses and pets; the series of rooms is a fine example of the art of living in the eighteenth century which also reflect the kitchens of the same period. Outside, the castle is decorated Water Garden "surprise" and a shell grotto. The originality and aesthetics of these gardens are the result of the passion of the current count of Vendeuvre which has recreated in minute detail chiseling, generators spaces of dreams and enchantment.
The current count of Vendeuvre was inspired by the gardens of the Italian Renaissance, who doted water mechanisms to charm the visitors.
The park and gardens are labeled "Remarkable Garden".
