Notes: Château de Colombières is a medieval fortress of the fifteenth century in the town of Colombières. Nicknamed "the look of the marshes", the castle is built on the edge of the Cotentin and Bessin, a strategic location for the control of Lower Normandy. The castle is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since July 2, 1927. All the facades and roofs, and a fireplace in the tower, is the subject of a classification as historical monuments since December 20, 1968. Finally, the assembly including the hydraulic system and the vegetable garden is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since 13 October 2006.
