Notes: Château de Viescamp is a fortified tower in the Authre Valley, on a spur overlooking Lake Saint-Étienne-Cantalès on the Lacapelle-Viescamp town in the Cantal. It is the subject of a registration as a historic monument since 25 November 1994. The castle includes a medieval square keep (the fifteenth century with machicolations and battlements on the bases of the thirteenth century). It was enlarged in the eighteenth century by the addition of a large main building with a mansard roof. Some interiors are troubadour style of the late nineteenth century.
